Graded well beyond the industry standard, the Rosboro Select Joist^TM delivers a premium quality wood joist with a solid edge. It's kiln-dried to a low and consistent 15% moisture content, which virtually eliminates differential shrinking or swelling. Each piece is performance tested for fiber strength and density, and is subjected to stringent grading standards. Only lumber that meets strict MSR 1.8E 1500fb criteria is considered for Rosboro Select Joist^TM. That means strength, stability, easier installation, less culling, fewer callbacks, and consistent long-term performance.

Note: Joist spans are based on a uniform load of 40 (psf) live load and 10 (psf) dead load with joists spaced at 16" on center.
