Rosboro's family of trusted glulam, panel, and lumber products is backed by one of the industry's most comprehensive systems of technical and data support. We provide free software (isDesign) to assist in specifying glulam, a library of product literature, and an online order tracking system, all of which are designed to make our customers' jobs easier and more efficient. Rosboro also supplies direct online links to APA/EWS technical literature (glulam and plywood) and WWPA data (lumber).
Along with these innovations, Rosboro always lends a human voice to its support network. Our Technical Support Hotline is headed by Geoff Crandlemire, whose job it is to supply accurate and thoughtful answers to the architects, building inspectors, engineers, contractors, and homeowners who contact us daily with questions and inquiries.
